Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Advising client on transfer pricing strategy, planning, structuring and documentation
  • End to End Client Management for Key clients
  • Ensuring client operations and prospective transfer pricing requirements are met
  • Complete Control over the client deliverables and expectations
  • Management transfer pricing documentation, including transfer pricing studies, Master File, CbCr and other benchmarking reports
  • Review and preparation of Inter-corporate agreements and transfer pricing policies
  • Proactive Participation in transfer pricing automation process and global transfer pricing services
  • Undertaking Advance Pricing Agreements and negotiations
  • Educate new employees and freshers on various transfer pricing topics by way of conducting interactive sessions.
  • Represent clients before tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, CIT (A), etc.
  • Take Lead in transfer pricing advisory and restructuring assignments.
  • Participate in key transfer pricing planning assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to a low-risk model, agreements drafting, and intellectual property restructuring.
  • Advise clients on the applicability of the latest amendments related to domestic transfer pricing to their business.

Requisites:

  • CA / CS /MBA (Finance) from Premier Institutes 
  • Preferably 5-10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing.
  • Strong technical knowledge and clarity of concepts.
