Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Advising client on transfer pricing strategy, planning, structuring and documentation
- End to End Client Management for Key clients
- Ensuring client operations and prospective transfer pricing requirements are met
- Complete Control over the client deliverables and expectations
- Management transfer pricing documentation, including transfer pricing studies, Master File, CbCr and other benchmarking reports
- Review and preparation of Inter-corporate agreements and transfer pricing policies
- Proactive Participation in transfer pricing automation process and global transfer pricing services
- Undertaking Advance Pricing Agreements and negotiations
- Educate new employees and freshers on various transfer pricing topics by way of conducting interactive sessions.
- Represent clients before tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, CIT (A), etc.
- Take Lead in transfer pricing advisory and restructuring assignments.
- Participate in key transfer pricing planning assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to a low-risk model, agreements drafting, and intellectual property restructuring.
- Advise clients on the applicability of the latest amendments related to domestic transfer pricing to their business.
Requisites:
- CA / CS /MBA (Finance) from Premier Institutes
- Preferably 5-10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Strong technical knowledge and clarity of concepts.
